TUITION, FEES & FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE
Tuition for the 2013-2014 school year (full-day kindergarten through the eighth grade):
The cost of tuition (cost to educate each child) at St. Mary’s School is $5,684.23 per child. Because of our parish subsidy/scholarship, no family is required to pay that full amount. The breakdown is as follows:
Catholic $3,208.00 due at registration
$2,808.00 due at registration + 400 Fair Share Points
Each additional child
Catholic $2,086.00 due at registration
Non-Catholic $3,815.00 due at registration
$3,415.00 due at registration + 400 Fair Share Points
Each additional non-catholic child
Non-Catholic $2,986.00 due at registration

Tuition monies are due in August (at Final Registration) or may be paid through the SMART program, which is available throughout the school year. Families needing financial assistance may contact the pastor or principal. Payment arrangements or assistance may be worked out.
Book/Lab fees: $195.00 per child – Kindergarten through Eighth Grade.
$95.00 per child – Preschool
*Book/Lab fees are non-refundable and must be paid by the last day of the previous school year.
To encourage early pre-registration, St. Mary’s School Board has instituted higher tuition fees for families who fail to register by the last day of the previous school year. If registration forms and book/lab fees are turned in after the final day of school but before July 1st, tuition will be raised $25.00 per child. If registration forms and book/lab fees are turned in July 1st through final registration in August, tuition will be raised another $25.00 per child.
